Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment.
• Generate and process shipping labels using UPS Worldship and carrier-specific software platforms. Quickbooks knowledge preferred but not required.
• Prepare and process international shipments in compliance with export regulations and carrier requirements (customs forms, harmonized codes, commercial invoices, etc.)
• Must possess strong focus & consistent attention to detail.
• Ability to Multi-Task.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Must have a Valid Government ID. Must pass a Background Check & Drug Test.

Job Type: Full Time (Monday – Friday)

Overtime Opportunities (As needed)

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Starting Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour ( based on experience ).
