With its main campus at Loyola University Medical Center, Loyola Medicine is part of a comprehensive three-hospital system including Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, and MacNeal Hospital.If you’re passionate about driving financial strategy and operational performance, join the Loyola team as a Regional Manager, Finance Operations and become Loyola Strong!What you’ll do:The Regional Manager, Finance Operations leads the development and execution of rolling forecasts, strategic financial planning, and capital budgeting for Loyola Medicine (IL) and Saint Joseph Health System (IN). This role partners with regional leadership to drive financial performance, provide actionable insights, and support informed decision-making.Lead the development of monthly, multi-year, and long-term revenue and expense forecastsOversee the rolling forecast process, including submissions, reporting, and variance analysisFacilitate the development and management of the capital budget, including project prioritization and portfolio oversightMonitor financial performance against forecasts and identify opportunities for improvementPrepare and present financial reports and analyses to executive leadershipPartner with Finance and operational leaders to support ministry-specific forecasting and planningDevelop and maintain reporting tools and ensure accessibility of financial data for department leadersLead financial education initiatives (e.g., Lunch & Learns) to enhance financial literacy across the organizationCollaborate with Accounting leadership during month-end close to ensure timely and accurate reportingConduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and operational decisionsMaintain strong collaboration with Trinity Health System Office and regional leadershipLeadership Responsibilities:Manage, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionalsProvide direction, prioritize workload, and ensure alignment with organizational goalsLead performance management, including hiring, coaching, and developmentFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementEnsure cross-training to build team depth and operational flexibilityWhat's required:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree preferred.7-10 years of previous job-related experience. 3-5 years of managerial experienceCPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred.Compensation:Pay range: $96,782- $159,702Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.Benefits: Click or copy URL to your browser Our Commitment Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
