LPN Position

Tryfacta is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client in Westbrook, ME. This is a 14-week contract assignment. Position Title: LPN Location: Westbrook, ME Duration: 14 weeks Work Schedule: 3rd Shift / Nights (10:45 PM – 7:15 AM) Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans and facility policies
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and according to applicable regulations
• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, health status, and changes in condition
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Perform nursing assessments and report significant changes in residents' conditions to the RN or appropriate healthcare provider
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents
• Follow infection control, safety, HIPAA, and facility policies at all times
• Respond appropriately to residents' needs and emergencies
• Ensure medications, treatments, and nursing interventions are provided safely and accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Current and valid LPN license
• BLS/CPR certification
• Previous 6 months – 1-year LTC/SNF experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Ability to work the assigned night shift (10:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
