Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Robert Shimabuku - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Must be willing to work 9am-5pm Hawaii Standard Time.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and College Planning.
- Our office is located in Keaau, HI.
