Make a difference in the lives of middle school students by providing dedicated 1:1 PCA support in a rewarding educational environment. This contract opportunity offers a structured schedule from August 24, 2026, through June 8, 2027, with consistent hours—7:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, totaling 35 hours each week. Work closely with students to promote their growth, inclusion, and personal development.

Preferred Profile:

• Prior experience in a school setting as a paraprofessional or similar support role
• Ability to provide compassionate, individualized assistance to middle school students
• Current PA Clearances (must be updated within the last 12 months) or willingness to update promptly
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification (CPR must be completed in person)
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent, professional presence
• Access to reliable transportation for daily commute

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer direct 1:1 support for assigned middle school student(s), fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment
• Assist with academic, behavioral, and social goals as directed by educational staff
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other paraprofessionals to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Promote student engagement, independence, and positive classroom participation
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and daily activities
