Maintenance Mechanic I
Under the direction of the Team Manager, the Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting mechanical equipment and making repairs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairs, machine adjustments with tools, minor fabrication of parts, electrical troubleshooting and repairs, reading schematics and blueprints, preventive maintenance, product changeover, valve rebuilds, implementing ideas to improve line efficiencies, and quality checks.
Required qualifications include at least three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience, the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, being very detail oriented, and having strong interpersonal, communication, and team-based skills. Being a self-starter as well as a problem-solver are required assets.
