Neurosurgeon - Subspecialty-Focused on Endovascular or Cranial/Facial

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking two fellowship-trained Neurosurgeons to join its integrated neurosurgical network, with primary clinical practice at Huntington Hospital, a key affiliate within the Cedars-Sinai Health System. We are recruiting candidates with expertise in either: Endovascular Neurosurgery (Neurointerventional) Cranial/Facial Neurosurgery (Skull Base / Complex Cranial) These roles offer the opportunity to build and expand subspecialty programs within a high-performing community hospital while leveraging Cedars-Sinai’s academic infrastructure, specialty institutes, and regional referral network. About the Organization Cedars-Sinai Health System is a nationally recognized academic healthcare system integrating tertiary/quaternary care, research, and community-based delivery across Los Angeles County. Role and Responsibilities The selected candidates will provide comprehensive neurosurgical care and contribute to the development of subspecialty programs aligned with their expertise. Endovascular Focus Perform minimally invasive treatment of cerebrovascular conditions (e.g., stroke, aneurysms, AVMs) Support and enhance a comprehensive stroke and neurointerventional program Collaborate closely with neurology, emergency medicine, and critical care teams Cranial/Facial Focus Manage complex cranial and skull base pathology, including tumors and vascular lesions Collaborate with ENT, oncology, and reconstructive specialists in multidisciplinary care models Expand cranial surgery and neuro-oncology services Shared Responsibilities Deliver high-quality inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care Participate in on-call coverage and emergency services Contribute to clinical quality, safety, and pathway standardization Engage in Cedars-Sinai initiatives in program development, education, and research Qualifications MD or DO; completion of accredited Neurosurgery residency Board certified or board eligible in Neurological Surgery Fellowship training in Endovascular Neurosurgery, Neurointerventional Radiology, Skull Base, Neuro-oncology, or related subspecialty Eligible for unrestricted California medical license Qualifies for CSMC Medical Staff Membership; Huntington Health and affiliates as designated Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence and multidisciplinary collaboration Why Join Cedars-Sinai at Huntington Hospital Practice within a leading integrated health system with strong regional reputation Access to Cedars-Sinai’s advanced specialty programs, research infrastructure, and innovation ecosystem Opportunity to build and expand subspecialty services in a growing regional hub Collaborative environment bridging community-based care and academic medicine Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Application Process Interested candidates should submit a CV and cover letter indicating subspecialty focus (Endovascular or Cranial/Facial) and relevant experience. The total pay range shown above takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors.
