Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Pre and post review of consumer, commercial and consumer real estate loan documents for compliance with regulations, bank policies, bank procedures, and proper authorityLoan compliance and all regulations including HMDA/CRA/RESPA/TIL/TRID/FloodResponsible for identifying and tracking technical exceptions and loan covenantsResponsible for identification and tracking of insurance coverage on loansCommunication with loan staff, primarily processors and lendersProvide exceptional customer service at all timesShare responsibility for completion of all departmental objectivesPerform other job duties and special projects as assignedPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
