Enter and maintain financial data in accounting systems. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank statements and account balances. Prepare and organize financial reports and records. Maintain accurate and organized accounting files. Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities. Communicate with vendors and employees regarding billing and payments. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework preferred. Previous accounting or clerical experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential financial information.
