Dental Receptionist

Now Hiring: Dental Receptionist | Fuquay Broad Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional looking to start your career in the dental field? Lane & Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our warm, welcoming, and supportive team in Winston Salem.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails while responding to patient inquiries with professionalism and care
- Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments while maintaining accuracy in Denticon
- Collect, verify, and update patient demographic and insurance information
- Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office environment
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support daily office operations
- Complete additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in Dental administration required
- Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable learning and using computer systems and office technology
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance with a friendly, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift up to 15-20 pounds as needed
