The Starbucks location serves as a central hubcreating a welcoming space for employees and guests to connect, recharge, and enjoy quality service throughout the day. You will be a Lithia employee working for Starbucks franchise. We're looking for a barista that wants to bring the Starbucks Experience to life!

Location: 150 North Bartlett St #108, Medford, OR

Compensation Range: $15.00-16.00/hr plus tips

Type: Part Time (up to 20 hours per week)

• Create a welcoming, positive environment where every customer feels valued
• Deliver prompt service and craft high-quality beverages and food items to standard
• Anticipate customer needs and personalize each interaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable store environment
• Stay calm and focused during busy periods while supporting your team
• Follow all operational, safety, and cash-handling procedures
• Support new team members through encouragement and coaching
• Contribute to a strong team culture by communicating effectively and uplifting others
