About the Position

Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Nurse Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3 (12-hour) shifts per week (6 PM - 6:30 AM), every other weekend, rotating holidays Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Preferred, but not required License: Current RN license required Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required Must-Have: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Description: To plan and provide for total patient care through the use of the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. To direct and guide patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. All employees must meet specified employment and health requirements prior to contract start date. Successful candidates will need to provide proof of a physical exam, immunizations, and drug screening within the designated time frame. Candidates may also need to complete mandatory education modules prior to starting.
