Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer IV infusions, injections, and specialty medications per physician orders
- Start and maintain peripheral IV lines and access central lines (PICC/Port-a-Cath preferred)
- Monitor patients during infusions and assess for adverse reactions
- Provide patient education regarding medications and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Active Florida RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1-2 years of infusion therapy experience preferred
- Strong IV insertion skills required
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Experience with biologics, specialty infusions, or oncology infusions a plus
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
