We're hiring a Property Manager for our Mobile Home Parks!

$18 per hour

Community Management Group

Job Description

We’re looking for a part-time Property Manager Contractor to help keep our mobile home parks in great shape! This is a flexible, hands-on contractor position with hours varying based on park needs — we expect approximately 6 hours per week during slower months and up to 20 hours per week during busier months . Compensation is $18/hr .

What you’d do:

Spray weeds weekly during spring, summer, and fall
Blow and collect leaves once a week
Toss junk and help keep the park clean
Check and clean the laundry every other day
Help with small repairs and general upkeep
Post notices, communicate with tenants, and knock on doors when needed
Assist with move-ins and general park support
Film the park using a phone or GoPro to share updates with owners and help show the condition of the property
Let the Regional Manager know right away if anything comes up
