7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager/Site Superintendent to oversee daily residential construction operations. This position is responsible for managing jobsite activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and promoting a safe and efficient construction environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily on-site construction activities according to project plans, schedules, and quality standards
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and proper sequencing of work
• Enforce jobsite safety procedures and OSHA compliance while identifying and correcting hazards
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and project quality
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries to prevent project delays
• Communicate project updates, delays, and concerns with the Project Manager and office team
• Ensure projects meet inspection requirements and comply with local building codes
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, photos, safety reports, and punch lists
• Oversee quality control and completion of punch-list items through final walkthrough

Requirements:

• 5+ years of home or commercial construction experience required
• 2+ years of on-site supervision or superintendent experience required
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite safety
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with construction management software such as Job tread preferred
• Knowledge of residential building codes and safety regulations
• Valid Driver's License required

• Ability to work in an active construction environment
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical jobsite tasks as needed
