• Coverage needed 10 - 14 days per month
• Clinic hours: 8 am - 5 pm -- 60% clinic, 10% hospital, 30% procedures
• 16 - 20 patients per shift
• Adult and pediatric urology patients -- including pediatric ER cases
• Call: 1:2 or 1:3 ratio -- beeper call with 15-minute response time
• Robotic surgery, laparoscopic, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy
• TRUS biopsies, incontinence procedures, BLS certification required
• Ongoing coverage potential
