Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and sell insurance and financial products across multiple lines to new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals and production targets.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right products.
• Support daily office operations including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
