Forklift Operator

Pay: $23.85/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday (Saturdays as needed)

Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Supports warehouse and production operations by safely moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring orders are prepared and shipped on time in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

• Operate sit-down forklifts to load/unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility
• Stage, move, and store raw materials and finished goods accurately
• Pick and prepare orders for shipping, including breaking down pallets as needed
• Refill pick lanes and assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking
• Deliver materials to production lines and transport finished goods to staging areas
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track product movement
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and follow FIFO practices
• Perform basic equipment checks and report safety or maintenance issues
• Support production and warehouse teams as needed

• 2+ years of recent forklift experience (sit-down required)
• Previous forklift certification strongly preferred
• Experience with inventory, order picking, and shipping/receiving
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent on/off forklift work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to follow safety and GMP standards consistently

Fast-paced warehouse and food production setting with wet conditions, temperature changes, and strong food odors. Requires standing, lifting, and frequent forklift use. PPE required and strict GMP rules enforced.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of American Canyon, CA.

The pay range for this position is $23.85 - $23.85/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in American Canyon,CA.
