Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join our sales team as Automotive Sales Associates. As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in representing our dealerships and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs, preferences, and budgets. Provide personalized and knowledgeable assistance throughout the entire sales process.
2. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest features, technology, and specifications of our premium vehicle inventory. Educate customers on the unique advantages of our models.
3. Demonstrations and Test Drives: Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the performance, safety, and luxury features of our vehicles.
4. Sales Negotiation: Work closely with clients to negotiate and finalize sales agreements that meet their requirements while maintaining profitability for the dealership.
5. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure their ongoing needs are met.
6. Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through networking, prospecting, and referrals to grow your client base.
7. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the dealership.
8. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to adapt your sales strategies accordingly.
9. Administrative Duties: Complete all necessary paperwork, documentation, and record-keeping associated with the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for luxury vehicles and a strong desire to learn about our brands.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
