Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist

Natera

Natera seeks an Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist to support oncology product sales and patient care in Memphis, Tennessee. The role focuses on maintaining customer relationships, monitoring patient adherence to testing protocols, and identifying workflow improvements while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

Support assigned Clinical Oncology Specialist to grow and maintain existing oncology customer accounts
Build and maintain relationships with key personnel at oncology practices to drive unit growth
Monitor patient testing adherence to physician-prescribed test protocols and timelines
Identify and resolve clinical workflow, fulfillment, and process improvement opportunities
Educate medical professionals on Natera oncology products and test order management tools

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience
Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing background in oncology
Alternatively, minimum 2 years of medical sales experience
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to learn software and reporting systems quickly
