Senior Technical Calypso Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Calypso Business Analyst to join a dynamic technology team supporting front-to-back capital markets processes. This role will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the analysis, design, and delivery of solutions within the Calypso platform. The successful candidate will possess a strong background on the Calypso platform. Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation within the Calypso platform Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories Collaborate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle Conduct impact assessments for system enhancements, configuration changes, and platform upgrades Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives and platform capabilities Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings across business and technology teams Assist with test planning, user acceptance testing, and validation of delivered solutions Provide subject matter expertise on trade lifecycle events, product setup, workflows, and operational processes Support production issue analysis and contribute to continuous platform improvement initiatives Requirements Strong hands-on experience working with the Calypso platform Deep understanding of trade lifecycle processes across front, middle, and back office functions Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities within a fast-paced environment Experience across asset classes such as Fixed Income, FX, Money Markets, Commodities, Equities, or Derivatives Knowledge of Calypso configuration, workflows, collateral management, settlements, risk, or accounting modules Experience supporting platform upgrades, enhancements, or integration initiatives We offer Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Subsidized) Health Savings Account Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter) Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (Company Provided) Life and AD&D Insurance (Company Provided) Employee Assistance Program Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Matched 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Paid Time Off Legal Plan and Identity Theft Protection Accident Insurance Employee Discounts Pet Insurance Employee Stock Purchase Program EPAM Systems, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
