Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients to understand their unique coverage needs and life goals.
Present personalized insurance solutions that offer real value and security.
Process policy updates and handle routine account inquiries with care and accuracy.
Network within the local Lake Orion community to help our agency grow its presence.
Maintain an organized workspace and keep client records updated in our systems.
Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure every client leaves our office feeling supported.
Requirements
Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License in the state of Michigan.
Strong comfort level with consultative selling and building personal rapport.
Reliable transportation for daily work in our Lake Orion office.
Experience using digital agency management systems or CRM software.
Clear and articulate communication skills, especially over the phone and in person.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
