Competitive salary Mansfield based with a hybrid working pattern of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home Fee onsite parking 25 days holiday plusbank holidays Healthcare scheme Employee wellbeing initiatives Duties and responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities across marketing, creative, digital, ecommerce and operational service areas Execute lead generation strategies using phone, email, LinkedIn and other outreach channels Research prospective clients, identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline of qualified opportunities Work closely with the sales team and subject matter experts to ensure a smooth handover of opportunities Monitor and analyse lead generation activity to improve engagement and conversion rates Stay informed of market trends, industry developments and potential new business opportunities Required skills and experience: Proven experience in lead generation, business development, outbound sales or a similar role Strong understanding of marketing, digital, ecommerce or business services environments Excellent communicationskills with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline activity and prospect information Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to managing workload Ability to work independently and prioritise activities effectively Experience generating opportunities for marketing, creative, digital, ecommerce, logistics or operational services would be advantageous, as would knowledge of LinkedIn and lead generation tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Vanilla Recruitment (UK) Ltd
