We’re currently looking for an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA)to support our Castle Dental team in Goodlettsville, TN .This is your chance to bring your expanded-functions experience, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort 
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed 
• Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols 
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures 
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts

Qualifications

• Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) - required 

• Dental radiology (X-ray) certification.

• Current CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain prior to start date.

• Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control standards.

• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
