General Manager OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our quick service fast food restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of food safety protocols, and a passion for culinary excellence. This role requires effective management of staff, budgeting, and ensuring the highest standards of food handling and customer service.There is a training period of 6 months to 1 year to work your way up to General Manager depending on experience. Pay may start at $17 an hour and may go up during the training period.DutiesLead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and inventory management.Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance; conduct interviews for new hires.Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure financial health of the restaurant.Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff.Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant.QualificationsProven experience in a management role within a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling.Excellent budgeting skills with experience in financial management.Culinary background is preferred but not required; passion for food is essential.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff and customers alike.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.Join our team as a General Manager where you can make a significant impact on our restaurant's success while leading a dedicated team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
