Partnering directly with ownership, the full-time Sales Manager - New Mexico will lead the sales organization by coaching representatives, managing customer relationships, and driving territory growth in a 100% remote and field-based role. Key Responsibilities Manage, coach, and develop junior sales representatives Support senior sales reps and drive sales execution Monitor gross profit, pricing, margins, and profitability Required Qualifications Sales management, sales leadership, or mentorship experience Strong chemical distribution/sales background preferred Understanding of margins, profitability, and pricing Proven customer relationship and business-development skills Must currently reside in New Mexico, USA
