• Schedule: Full Time, Three (3) 12-hour shifts
• Shift: Night 7pm-7am (with weekend rotation)
• The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth Palm Coast 60 Memorial Medical Parkway, Palm Coast, Florida 32164
• The role you'll contribute: The ANM is a registered professional nurse who supports the Nurse Manager in overall operations of their assigned unit.

• Lead the Employees - Has a working knowledge of performance expectations for all employees on the unit.
• Performance Improvement - Demonstrates familiarity with the performance improvement model of the organization.
• Critical Thinking - Utilizes critical thinking skills in the performance of their duties as an ANM
• Business of Healthcare Delivery - Utilizes a working knowledge of health care economics as it applies to the delivery of patient care
• The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
• Minimum qualifications:
• Graduate of school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree or diploma.
• Active Florida RN license required or active multi-state RN license
• Preferred qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
