A well-established Ohio law firm focused on high-volume plaintiff personal injury matters is expanding its team to support a growing caseload. The firm represents individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, and other personal injury incidents.
The firm handles a mix of pre-litigation claims and litigation matters, with the majority of its caseload involving motor vehicle accidents. With an established team of attorneys and support staff, including case managers and paralegals, the firm offers a collaborative environment focused on efficient case management and client service.
The firm is seeking pre-litigation attorneys with approximately 1–3+ years of relevant experience. Attorneys with backgrounds in plaintiff personal injury, insurance defense, or workers’ compensation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities & Position Overview
Attorneys will manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters, including:
Managing approximately 200–250 pre-litigation cases at a time.
Handling personal injury claims involving motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, and premises liability.
Reviewing case details, medical records, damages, and supporting documentation.
Communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, and other relevant parties.
Negotiating settlements and working toward favorable resolutions for clients.
Collaborating with case managers, paralegals, and other support staff to move cases forward efficiently.

Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Approximately +1 years of relevant legal experience .
Experience in plaintiff personal injury, insurance defense, or workers’ compensation.
Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and case management skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work 100% on-site in the Cleveland or Columbus, Ohio office.
Ability to accommodate an average work schedule of approximately 50 hours per week.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual base salary for this position is between $100,000–$150,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant considerations.

Additional Compensation
3% commission on attorney fees collected , paid monthly.
$200,000+ total earning potential based on this comp plan
