Senior Financial Analyst

Jobtailor is seeking a finance professional to support transaction structuring and financial modeling for affordable housing deals. You will assist in securing debt, equity, and other financing sources for transactions, and help with LIHTC, HOME, FHLB, and HUD funding strategies while preparing accurate applications and supporting documentation. The role requires strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word, excellent written and spoken communication, and a commitment to delivering #J-18808-Ljbffr
