Outpatient Therapist

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc . is currently seeking an Outpatient Therapist in Marion County (Indianapolis, IN) . This position will join an established clinical team providing therapy and coordinating treatment in outpatient setting.

You MUST reside in or be willing to relocate to Indiana.

Duties Include :

Provide ongoing individual, family and group therapy
Formulate treatment plans
Complete diagnostic assessment

Education and Experience :

A master's degree in (MSW) Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapist is required
Must have a minimum of a temporary license, associate license (LSW, LMHCa, LMFTa, or LAC), or have a clinical license (LCSW, LCAC, LMHC, LMFT)
