Electro Mechanical Technician

On-site | Medical Device Manufacturing | Contract We're placing two technicians — one at mid-level and one at senior level — into a high-impact medical device manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Own assembly, testing, and troubleshooting for assigned instrument production lines Troubleshoot electronic circuits, PCBs, and integrated electromechanical systems Support process engineering — deviation waivers, quality notifications, repair/rework Train production associates and drive continuous improvement Lead root cause analysis and update manufacturing procedures What We're Looking For Associate's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or related field Hands-on experience with complex electromechanical instruments Strong RCA, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills Ability to read engineering drawings at an expert level Comfortable with oscilloscopes, torque drivers, OEM software, and gauges Senior candidates: proven SME-level ownership with minimal engineer support Robotics experience is a plus for both roles.
