3x12-Hour Shifts: Day (07:00 - 19:00) and Night (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with inpatient psychiatric experience to provide exceptional care to our adult and geriatric patients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in crisis intervention, medication administration, and behavior management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Implement behavior management techniques and crisis intervention strategies.
• Conduct assessments and participate in treatment planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in Cerner.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient psychiatric nursing experience.
• Current Pennsylvania RN License or Compact License.
• BLS certification required.
• Crisis Prevention Training preferred.
• Cerner experience is preferred.
