Apply statistical, analytical, and evaluative methods and techniques to issues concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall healthcare delivery system.

Conduct studies, reviews clinical and business indicators, analyzes findings and trends.

Make recommendations for best options to affect organization-wide quality outcomes.

Possess excellent verbal and writing abilities to communicate to all internal/external staff/agencies.

Establish work priorities for subordinate employees.

Coordinate the annual operating budget with health care management officials.
