Associate Manager, Mako Clinical Processes, Southwest

Stryker

Stryker seeks an Associate Manager for Mako Clinical Processes to lead cross-functional initiatives across a multi-state Southwest territory. This remote role focuses on driving robotic surgical system utilization, implementing clinical strategy, and fostering collaboration between field teams and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

Foster collaborative culture with field teams to drive clinical competency and robotic system utilization across territory
Execute Mako strategic initiatives and communicate implementation plans to key stakeholders and local leadership
Develop and deliver scalable training programs and re-education initiatives using complaints data and analytics
Partner with cross-functional teams including field education, marketing, and customer support on program development and compliance
Monitor and report on sales education strategy impact and utilization metrics to senior management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.S., B.A.S., or B.B.A. preferred)
8+ years work experience, including 8+ years in Mako clinical or joint replacement roles
Orthopedic and/or healthcare background highly preferred
Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Persuasive oral and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with established timelines
