About Growth Capital
Were a premium growth marketing agency running paid media, creative, and retention for a roster of fast-scaling DTC brands. TikTok Shop is one of the highest-leverage channels we operate, and we need an operator who can own it end to end.
The Role
Youll own TikTok Shop as a revenue channel across multiple brands. That means strategy, setup, affiliate and creator programs, content-to-commerce execution, paid amplification, and the operational nuts and bolts of running a shop that actually sells. Youre equal parts strategist and operator: comfortable building the playbook and then executing it day to day.
What Youll Own
- Full TikTok Shop setup and management across client accounts (catalog, storefront, product listings, promotions)
- Affiliate and creator programs: recruiting, onboarding, sample seeding, commission structures, and ongoing relationship management on TikTok Shop and Trybe
- Content-to-commerce strategy: shoppable video, LIVE shopping events, and creator-led content that converts
- GMV Max and paid amplification of organic and affiliate content
- Daily performance monitoring: GMV, conversion rate, affiliate productivity, content velocity, and ad efficiency
- Promotional calendar planning around TikTok Shop tentpole events (mega sales, category days, seasonal moments)
- Cross-functional coordination with creative, paid media, and retention teams to keep the channel integrated with the broader growth strategy
What You Bring
- 2+ years running TikTok Shop or affiliate influencer programs or a comparable social commerce channel, ideally agency-side or for a high-growth DTC brand
- Hands-on experience with the TikTok Shop Seller Center, ShopMy, Trybe, affiliate marketplace, and LIVE/shoppable formats or related experience
- A track record of growing GMV through creator and affiliate programs, not just paid spend
- Strong operational instincts: you can run a shop, manage dozens of creator relationships, and keep the content pipeline full without dropping balls
- Data fluency: comfortable pulling and reading performance metrics and making decisions off them
- Creative eye: you know what converts on TikTok and can brief creators to produce it
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-client environment
- Experience with GMV Max and TikTok Shop ads

- Existing creator and affiliate network relationships
- Background in beauty, wellness, or consumer products
- Familiarity with other social commerce surfaces (Instagram Shop, YouTube Shopping)
