work schedule. In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction by ensuring HVAC mechanical equipment and controls operate efficiently, while developing your technical skills through coaching and mentorship in a safety-focused environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform HVAC mechanical equipment and controls service on client sites under supervision. Develop troubleshooting skills to resolve technical and customer issues through coaching and mentorship. Communicate job progress and issues to Honeywell, contractors, and customers as needed. Meet attendance requirements for required Union training during the first year. Provide recommendations and solutions to improve facility efficiency, including upselling opportunities. Prepare quotes to support recommendations and solutions. Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE Membership or willingness to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO. 1 or more years of industry experience or experience servicing mechanical systems in the HVAC industry. Knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems, facilities management systems, site preparation, peripheral equipment installation, and servicing techniques. Leadership skills to support mechanics working on non-complex, non-critical mechanical HVAC equipment on job sites. Valid driver’s license. Ability to prioritize safety in all forms. WE VALUE 2-3 years of trade school or college with technical emphasis. Self-starter mindset with the ability to eventually work independently. Effective interpersonal skills to represent Honeywell professionally and ethically.
