Who We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from individuals who bring: Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills A collaborative mindset and ability to work in diverse teams Adaptability and comfort working in dynamic client environments Interest in operational transformation, safety, risk, or sustainability consulting Willingness to travel extensively and work on client sites across the US Preferred background: 1–3 years of experience in consulting and/or industrial operations Experience within industries such as manufacturing, mining, energy, chemicals, or heavy industry Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other analytical and visualisation tools A Bit More About Us We are implementers and change‑makers.
