We're hiring an **Emergency Room RN** for a flexible weekend-focused travel assignment!

**Requirements:**
• Active **Iowa RN License**
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current **BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC**
• 3 years ER experience
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills
• Ability to provide safe, comprehensive emergency care

**Assignment Details:**
• **13-week contract**
• **10:30 AM – 11:00 PM**
• **Friday / Saturday / Sunday**
• **36 guaranteed hours/week**
• Holiday coverage required
• **EPIC EMR**
• W-2 employment only — **No 1099**
• No call

**Responsibilities:**
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide patient and family education
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support patient safety and quality of care
• Complete discharge planning and required follow-up
• Maintain required certifications, health records, and compliance documentation
