Empowerment – Develop team capabilities, provide learning opportunities and career guidance, coach timely, share ideas and tools, and lead operational success through tools and resources. Responsibilities Operate the entire restaurant, ensuring consistent delivery of great food and customer service. Lead scheduling, labor cost control, and inventory management to meet financial targets. Analyze and act on P&L data, making adjustments to maintain profitability. Recruit, hire, orient, and train staff, maintaining high retention. Maintain health & safety standards, point‑of‑sale system accuracy, and compliance with all regulations. Identify and resolve employee issues, customer complaints, and operational challenges. Develop and implement short‑term and long‑term strategies for restaurant success. Ensure loss prevention through cash handling policies, inventory management, and waste control. Qualifications Minimum three years of restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education. Experience in sales building, P&L analysis, recruiting, and training. Demonstrated track record of successful hiring and retention. ServeSafe certified. Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ready to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays (minimum 50 hours per week). Benefits & Compensation Top pay in the industry – base salary up to $100,000 plus bonus potential. Bonus program – potential to earn up to an additional $40,000 annually.
