Seeking a qualified Senior Business Analyst to support the migration of Microsoft Access databases and other data repositories to a new, separate database system.

The Senior BA will serve as a bridge between technical teams and end users by developing clear, accurate, and actionable documentation to support a smooth transition, minimize downtime, and maintain data integrity.

The selected contractor must be able to create clear and comprehensive project documentation using consistent templates and styles.

Documentation must be technically accurate, easy to understand, and aligned with business objectives.

The Senior BA will work at the highest level of most phases of information systems analysis while considering the business implications of applying technology to both the current and future environment.

Document Migration Processes, Collaborate with Technical and Business Teams, Facilitate Requirements Analysis, Provide Strategic Leadership, Maintain Documentation Repositories, Review and Edit Technical Content, Monitor and Follow Up, Develop Standards and Policies, Adapt to Changing Requirements.

Technical Writing, Requirements Gathering, Database Knowledge, Analytical Skills, Communication and Collaboration, Adaptability.


Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of recent, relevant work experience.
