Duties:

• The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients for routine health visits and critical health decisions. This role involves:
• Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing.
• Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interaction.
• Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures.
• Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standards.
• Working at doctor's offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business needs.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
• License(s): WA state phlebotomy license required
• Certification(s): Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Years of experience: 1-3 years
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: Venipuncture, Capillary puncture, and blood Draws
