Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and devise appropriate treatment plans.
• Engage collaboratively with clients to set personalized treatment goals that align with their aspirations for recovery and growth.
• Hold individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique circumstances of clients.
• Document client progress meticulously, employing clinical software to track changes and amendments in treatment approaches.
• Coordinate care efforts by actively working alongside other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families confronting various mental health challenges. Your expertise will cater to clients of all ages, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications

• A current and valid license is required as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience

• Extensive experience or specialized training in mental health counseling applied within clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year.
