National Multifamily Owner and Developer is seeking an AI Architect to lead the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions across company operations. Responsibilities Determine where AI can create operational value across departments Design AI workflows and system architecture Select AI models/tools/platforms Integrate AI into existing software ecosystems Coordinate between executives, operations teams, software engineers, and vendors Ensure scalability, security, and compliance Evaluate ROI and develop the organization’s long-term AI roadmap aligned with business objectives Qualifications Experience in multifamily construction operations Working knowledge of Procore / Autodesk / BIM / Bluebeam ecosystems Understanding of scheduling, preconstruction workflows, document management, estimating, and development pipelines Deep understanding of AI automation opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
