AVP/Senior Associate, Specialist, Performance Marketing Tools & Platform (Consumer Banking), Group Marketing & Communications

Group Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry. Working closely with all units within the DBS Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications especially digital communications, marketing, and research to differentiate - and elevate - our brand from the rest of the competition.

We are seeking a marketing technology professional to manage the day-to-day operation, governance and adoption of our marketing platform ecosystem. The role will ensure that platforms are reliable, well governed, and effectively used to enable campaign level audience activation, campaign execution, measurement and reporting across paid and owned channels.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Enterprise performance marketing & platform team to communicate business requirements and coordinate technology prioritisation.

• Own the day-to-day operation, governance and service management of marketing platforms supporting analytics, audience activation, campaign enablement and measurement.
• Ensure digital tagging, tracking, attribution and measurement standards are consistently applied across web and mobile journeys. 
• Drive platform adoption through stakeholder engagement, user enablement, training and ongoing operational support. 
• Define and communicate business requirements, advocate for CBG Singapore needs and coordinate their prioritisation with technology and delivery teams, while remaining accountable for business outcomes.
• Monitor platform utilisation, performance and health, identifying opportunities to improve processes, user experience and business outcomes. 
• Act as the primary contact for platform-related queries, troubleshooting and issue resolution, coordinating internal teams and vendors as required. 
• Manage vendor relationships, service delivery and support arrangements, ensuring agreed outcomes and service levels are met. 
• Oversee platform controls, compliance and risk management, including adherence to relevant data, privacy and security requirements. 

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Digital Analytics, Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations or Performance Marketing. 
• Strong understanding of digital measurement, tagging, attribution, audience activation and campaign reporting. 
• Hands-on experience operating marketing, analytics or measurement platforms across web and mobile environments. 
• Experience in platform operations, governance, user support, incident management and vendor management. 
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across business, analytics, technology and external partners. 
• Ability to translate business needs into practical platform requirements, operating processes and prioritised change requests. 
• Proven problem-solving, project management and execution capabilities, with strong attention to governance and controls. 
• Clear communication and user enablement skills, including experience delivering training and driving adoption.
