Adjunct Instructor of English Composition for Concurrent Courses

Description of Job Duties The Department of Language and Literature at SWOSU seeks qualified individuals to serve as adjunct instructors for in-person, concurrent sections of ENGL-1113 English Composition I and ENGL-1213 English Composition II within Canadian County public school systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Teaching first-year, general education courses as listed above Weekly office hours appropriate to course load Assessing student outcomes Education and Experience A graduate degree in a related field is required. Master’s degree adjuncts are paid at a rate of $715/credit hr.; Master’s degree + 30 hours at $800/credit hour; and PhD at $950/credit hour. Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level is preferred. Technological competence and experience in the LMS Canvas is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr SWOSU College of Pharmacy
