Level 2 CT Technologist (Contract)

Location: New York 14642
Pay: $2,788 – $3,121/week

• 12-hour Shifts: Friday – Saturday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Holidays, on-call, callback per unit needs

• On-Call: 2–3 shifts/month

• Perform CT scans safely and accurately, verifying patient identity and exam orders

• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and insert IVs when required

• Position patients using safe handling techniques

• Document exams in EPIC and ensure images are sent to PACS

• Maintain clean and safe scanning environment

• Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years CT technologist experience

  • Level 1 trauma center experience required

  • Telemetry experience required

• Licensure/Certification:

  • NYS CT Technologist license (must be obtained prior to start)

  • BLS (AHA only)

  • Injection certification preferred (must complete if not on license)

• Equipment Knowledge:

  • Siemens or Philips scanner experience preferred

  • EPIC experience highly desired

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication, patient care, and teamwork skills
