Food Runner

The Food Runner is responsible for ensuring that all items are delivered to guests quickly and correctly.

Responsibilities:

Interact with guests with a warm smile and energetic greeting and ensure that their needs are met.
Deliver all orders to the correct guests and verify with the guests that their orders are correct before leaving the table.
Ask guests if there is anything else they need and if so, graciously get it for them and ensure that they are satisfied.
Monitor all side stations to ensure that they are stocked and clean and available for guest use.
Interact with Expo and other team members in a positive and helpful manner to ensure a positive environment in the restaurant.
Other related responsibilities.

Requirements and Experience:

Previous experience in a guest or customer facing position preferred, but not necessary. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to smile and interact in a genuinely energetic, warm, and attentive manner towards guests and co-workers. Excellent communication skills in order to interact effectively with guests and coworkers. Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced environment.

Education:

No formal education beyond high school experience required.
