are looking for an automotive sales manager who is energetic, passionate,
highly motivated and ready to guide an outstanding sales team to success. If

you. With sales volume on the rise, we need a sales manager with a proven track
record of exceptional customer service, sales skills and training abilities.
Toyota experience is a plus but not required. <\/span><\/span>

Job
Responsibilities <\/u><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

• Ability
  to effectively manage all areas of the sales department, including but not
  limited to wholesale, retail, purchasing and marketing. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Experience
  with internet and retail tools, IE: V -auto, E -car list <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ability
  to forecast goals and objectives for vehicle sales, gross and key expenses on a
  monthly and annual basis. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Possess
  strong closing abilities and ability to work with lenders. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Understands
  and keeps abreast of federal, state, and local regulations. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ability
  to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ensure
  high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ensure
  that sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies at all
  times. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Excellent
  communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers;
  subordinates and other management. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ability
  to train and be a leader to your sales staff. An effective manager is a great
  leader. <\/span><\/span>
