Urgent Care Stabilization Specialist - Fee for Service Eliot is seeking dedicated Stabilization Specialists to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). Our CBHC program serves as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families, and adults. The role involves providing supportive stabilization services to clients/families in crisis and community stabilization. Provide interventions in the office, virtually, in the community, and in client residences based on client preference and clinical direction. Offer mobile crisis interventions, stabilization, planning, and evaluations. Offer follow-up and follow-along supports as part of short-term treatment planning, stabilization, and urgent care. Provide short-term case management supports such as managing income, insurance, other entitlements, accessing other services and community resources, and scheduling/coordination of all medical and psychiatric appointments. Complete all necessary paperwork, documentation, and insurance verification within established timeframes. Qualifications Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field. Experience working with adults, families, or children with severe and persistent mental illness and/or emotional disturbances. Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation.
