Are you a night owl with a knack for leadership and a passion for keeping things running smoothly? Bayou Hospitality and Voodoo Ckicken in vibrant New Orleans, LA, is looking for a dedicated Night Operations Manager to oversee our evening operations and ensure everything runs like clockwork. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have at least a year of experience under your belt, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Be DoingAs our Night Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our business operates seamlessly during evening hours. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing nightly operations to maintain efficiency and high standards. - Leading and supporting the team to ensure excellent service and smooth workflows. - Addressing any issues that arise during the night shift with quick, effective solutions. - Monitoring inventory, supplies, and equipment to keep everything in order. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
What We're Looking ForWe’re seeking a motivated individual with: - 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - The ability to think on your feet and solve problems effectively. - A commitment to maintaining a positive and productive work environment. - A passion for providing excellent service and supporting a dynamic team.
